I measured 18.75 inches from the rear edge of the left wing leading edge and set up my horizontal line on the leading edge.
Set the template on the inner ribs and drew the cutout onto the leading edge.
Used my handy dremmel to cut the opening and then used my aviation snips to do the rest of the close cutting. Once done the trimming, I used the air grinder with a 1 inch scotchbrite wheel and made quick work of the edges and smoothed everything out.
Like many others have said, a little anxious when cutting into the leading edge. It turned out pretty well.
